- Made-to-measure products (e.g. custom cuts, bespoke orders) are non-returnable unless faulty.
- Packaged items may be returned within 30 days, subject to a 30% restocking fee. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and securely returned at your expense.
- Non-returnable items include adhesives, tools, accessories, and clearance items.
- Faulty or damaged goods must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. We will replace or refund at no cost to you.

Failed Deliveries
If a delivery attempt fails due to no one being available, refusal of goods, or cancellation in transit, additional costs may apply.
